TRADE PORT NOORD

The urban design for Trade Port Noord includes approximately 228 hectares of industrial area divided over four spatial clusters in a clover-configuration. These clovers are connected to the Greenportlane through a special kind of roundabout. In the stems of the clovers we find biological water purification ponds, as well as specific facilities and amenities. The clovers are framed by eartworks. The buildings of the company Goodman are integrated in the south eastern clover.
